Return & Exchange Policy

How To Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must ship the exchanged item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please emailChrysalisbleu@Chrysalisbleu.com to request an exchange or store credit. Please explain the reason for your exchange.
  2. Please Email us for our shipping address.
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your exchange and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchanges
In good faith, if there is a manufacturer issue with a solid gold, pendant or chain (priced separately, so exchanged as individual items), within 30 days from purchase date, it can be exchanged for the same design (if available), or an equivalent priced item. If preferred, the customer will be issued store credit to be used at their convenience.

Please note: Exchange price will match the paid price, and adjusted if bought with a sale discount.
If your purchase is past 30 days, then no credit or exchange is possible, However, if you choose to order a replacement, a 20% discount will apply to another pure gold item.
